The hotel is well-maintained with modern rooms. They offer Wheelchair Accessible rooms and Free breakfast. the beds are excellent and the staff is pleasant and exceptional. the property met expectations, we would definitely come here again.

The location was great and convenient, within walking distance of many attractions, it's a plus.

Very bad customer service. Visited facility for 3 days business conference during May 2016 and other 3 colleagues charged at lower rate and myself charged at higher rate when I saw confirmation e-mail, called and spoke to manager Bobbie and she promised to fix the rate when I check in. When I brought to the attention during check in, Employee said Bobbie is not working today so confirm during check out. During check out bobbie said it already charged but promised that difference will be refunded back to my cc within 3 days. Later when I called to check I was told bobbie no longer works here so will not get refund but will get 20 % discount in all future stay. What a rip off. Wasted so much time and later said we don't have authority to change rate since manager quit and it's illegal to contact manager again.

Aware of management. Very rude staff and said once charged can't be refunded even promised by manager. Will never allow my staff to stay here.

Had a really really nice stay for a good vacation. The room we had included a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave oven and a fridge. Bagged breakfast was available. Location: the hotel was not far from the lake. This venue met our requirements in every way, would recommend.

The free grab-and-go breakfast was a nice touch. I liked that it was included. the location was perfect, really close to the attractions. the staff, wow, they were so friendly and helpful 😊.

The TV was very slow and the channels did not come in.

We were upset that the hot tub was not clean. Black ring around the top and it was also in the form on top.

They honored my reservation even though Booked.net did not send them the confirmation that was sent to me. They did not have a record of my reservation, but were still polite and professional and got me the same room I had reserved.
